    MSP Discovery Questionnaire

    RAIC AI + Cyber Governance Readiness Assessment v2.0 — a structured 26-question call guide MSPs use to score a client's AI governance posture and recommend a managed service tier.

    How it works

    1. From the MSP Portal sidebar, open Discovery and click New session.
    2. Select a linked tenant (or enter a free-text client name) and your facilitator name.
    3. Walk the 5 domains one at a time. Each question scores 0–4 points; capture comments alongside the choice.
    4. Answers autosave every ~700ms. Any MspAdmin in your firm can resume the session.
    5. On the final domain click Finish & view dashboard. The dashboard surfaces the composite score, maturity level (1–5), and an auto-suggested RAIC service tier.
    6. Export the full record as branded DOCX or CSV (filenames prefixed RhindonCyber_).

      0–19% — Initial / Inadequate

      40–59% — Defined

      60–79% — Managed

      80–100% — Optimized

    Suggested RAIC tier

    • Gold
      0–39% — Full managed governance build-out.
    • Silver
      40–69% — Managed remediation + continuous monitoring.
    • Bronze
      70–100% — Advisory engagement with periodic reviews.
