    Partner Template Library

    Partner firms can install canonical RAIC document templates directly into their own document library — discovery packages, onboarding guides and report templates — then version and rebrand them for client delivery.

    Where to find it

    • Open the MSP / Partner portal and go to your Partner Documents library.
    • The Install canonical templates panel lists every RAIC template available to your firm.
    • Templates you already have are marked as installed; the rest are pre-selected as missing.

    Installing templates

    • Select the templates you want, or install everything that is missing in one action.
    • Each template is generated from the canonical RAIC builder and uploaded into your library as a branded DOCX.
    • Re-installing an unchanged template is a no-op — it reports as unchanged rather than creating a duplicate version.
    • Every install is recorded in your organization's audit log and mirrored to the platform log.

    What is available

    The catalog tracks the canonical RAIC document builders, so it grows as RAIC ships new deliverables. Current examples include the MSP Shadow AI Discovery Package, org admin onboarding guides, security and controls documentation, and executive report templates.

    Using templates with clients

    • Apply your firm's branding — tenant brand overrides carry through to generated documents.
    • Edit the installed copy freely; your edits are yours and are never overwritten by RAIC.
    • Re-install a template after a RAIC update to pick up the new canonical version as a new document version.
    • All downloads are prefixed RhindonCyber_ so files stay identifiable in a client's records.

    Troubleshooting

    • A template does not appear — the panel only lists templates registered in the canonical builder registry; check back after the next platform release.
    • An install fails — the error names the specific template; retry that one, and if it repeats submit a support request.
    • Nothing is selectable — everything is already installed and current.
